Hey ladies, I'm Simi!
I specialize in helping women lose body fat, build muscle, and gain confidence both in and out of the gym. I’ve been training for over 3 years, combining science-based programming with a supportive, motivating environment so every client feels empowered to push past limits.

Meet Amber

Hey everyone!

 

I’ve faced a lifelong battle with my weight, which has shaped my passion for helping others on their own fitness journeys.

 

For the past five years, I’ve dedicated myself to training and coaching, specializing in strength & conditioning, fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, flexibility, Pilates, dance and group fitness.

My training philosophy is simple: be kind to yourself, slow down, and move with intentionality. I’m very detail-oriented and believe that focusing on quality movement leads to lasting results — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Meet Damany

My Name is Damany Miyazato, i was born in Okinawa Japan. I was raised in the Military so i have moved around and adapted to many environments and picked up more skills than i can count.

 

After a single season of soccer i began my martial arts journey at the age of 7. Years later football would become a part of me and where my life of coaching would ultimately begin.

 

It wasn’t until my time as a student at Arizona State when I would begin personal training (even if it was with the boys). I graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences (Cells, Genetics, and Developmental Bio.) and immediately began coaching football.

 

After Quarantine was lifted i went into LA Fitness and learned about Certified Personal Training. After working at 24 Hour Fitness for a year I Finally began taking steps of my own and allowing myself to take action for my dreams and goals.

 

I specialize in Functional Movement, Balance, and Stability. As an athlete/coach I encourage all my clients to realize that “YES, I AM ALSO AN ATHLETE…“

I specialize in body composition training and athletic development for men and women of all ages.

 

With 2 years of experience, my mission is to help clients not only transform their bodies but also strengthen their minds. I believe training isn’t just about physical results—it’s about mental discipline.

Meet Jeovanni

Hey there! My names Jeovani, but you can call me Jeo!

I specialize in helping women 30+ torch body fat, build lean muscle, and overcome chronic pain — without living in the gym or giving up their favorite foods.
I’ve been training for over 5 years, and in that time, I’ve seen the fitness industry feed women lie after lie — and I’m here to call BS on all of it.

My philosophy on training:
If your workouts leave you wrecked, starving, and dreading the gym… you’re doing it wrong.
You don’t need hours of cardio. You don’t need to eat like a rabbit. You don’t need “6-week challenges” that destroy your joints and wreck your hormones.
Training should make you stronger, not punish you for living your life. I’ll teach you how to lift with purpose, fuel your body, and create results you can actually keep… without letting fitness take over your entire existence.

Meet Sofia

Hi! I’m Sofia — a personal trainer from Argentina who helps people move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals. I have experience in rehab, strength training, and building muscle. Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of people — from beginners to athletes — whether they want to recover from an injury, get healthier, or improve their performance. The body isn’t designed to be perfectly symmetrical — each side has a different role, and that’s what makes movement powerful, dynamic, and efficient. My training approach works with your body’s natural design to reduce pain, improve movement, and boost performance. No matter where you’re starting, I’m here to help you become your best.

Hi, I’m coach Jess! I’ve been training since 2019, and I specialize in weight management, habit formation, and mobility. My goal is to help you build a routine that fits your life—not the other way around. I believe fitness is more than just workouts or quick fixes—it’s about creating a sustainable lifestyle that supports your physical and mental well-being. Whether you're just starting or getting back into it, I'm here to guide you with simple strategies, consistent support, and a focus on long-term progress. Meet Nicky

My Name is Nicky, and I’m a personal trainer here at Legion fitness in Rancho Cucamonga. I specialize in corrective exercise, total transformation, glute specialist, youth training, and nutrition. I have competed in several NPC Wellness competitions. I find it fascinating how we can change the body through exercise and nutrition. I’m pretty easy going and love to talk (I’m Italian we can’t help it). I like working with teenagers. I coached and refereed soccer for 8 yrs. Most of all, I love showing people what they’re capable of. Sometimes we have to go out of our comfort zone and push ourselves to know what we truly are capable of. I’m always asked, how did you get into this industry? What a lot people don’t know is, this industry unexpectedly found me. Quick back story... Over 3 yrs ago I felt off. I was experiencing all types of symptoms Just to name a few: brain fog, exhaustion, and bloating. I was given no real answer to why. After pushing for further testing, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and non-celiac. For those who don’t know what that is, hashimoto is attached to the thyroid and non-celiac is a gluten sensitivity. Now that I had answers, I dove deep into the nutritional side . Over time with the correct changes in my eating habits and making the necessary changes. I’ve never felt better or stronger.

I want to take all the knowledge I have, the ups & downs, and resources to help those who think, “just because you have a medical condition, or think you’re to old to start, or just plane think you can’t do it,”doesn’t mean your deemed unfixable or you’re broken”. I promise there is a healthier you lurking deep down, we just have to find it together.
